Heart & Sole Part 2
Oh, how I wish I could still wear high heels! The last time I wore high heels was last year at my mom and dad's 50th anniversary and I about died! My Time Made Easy just released this new Sexy Sole template. If I could still wear high heels, I would love to have a pair of high heels like this one!!
I wanted to do something a little different than just a shoe, so hang with me here a minute, I made a stationery station with the shoe holding the pens! A little weird, I know, but it turned out pretty cool. I used a laser cut frame from Michaels and built a little box inside using Berry Burst paper. Here it is from the side:
I added a self stick easel to the back so it could stand. You can also see the drawer knob that I used as a heel.
I designed some clean and simple stationery using Merriest Monograms to slip inside the box.
The flags on the pens are from Sole-Mates Digital stamps. The easel can also fold up so that the whole thing can lie flat.

Heart and Sole at MTME
Tennis shoes or sneakers? Whatever you call them, they've been around for a long time. It was 1892 when the US Rubber Company created Keds. I bet most of us have more than one pair. Today is the April release at My Time Made Easy. It includes this adorable tennis shoe template called Sole-Mate. I used some of my tennis shoes as the inspiration.
I've had these for years and love the pink and green. I decided a paper tennis shoe like these would be very fun! The gingham paper is from Grammy's Pretty Patterns and the hearts are cut using the Flag 'Em Down cut file.
The heart and sole sentiment is from a new set of digital stamps - Sole-mates. And how about a cute birthday card to go along with the tennis shoe?
You can see the entire April Release in the New Products section of the store. Come back tomorrow to see another "sole" creation here and in the meantime enjoy the creations on these blogs:
