St.Patrick's Day Cards + Free Darling Image+Challenge #4

How are you?  I've seen Lauren twice in one week (they stopped last week on their way to New Orleans and stopped again on their way back), so I'm feeling pretty lucky!   I hope you're feeling as lucky as me!

I've got a couple of St.Patrick's Day cards to share today.  I just finished all the pre-orders for St. Patrick's Day this weekend and will be mailing and delivering them next week.

I really like the look of this shamrock.  At first, I wasn't sure about all the different green hues, but I decided to go with it.  I just gathered old papers that I've always liked and cut hearts.

What really makes this shamrock cool, is the folding and rolling of the hearts, which adds a lovely layer.
I used a heart die, but if you don't have one, I've got a pattern for you below.

If you would like a pattern for the hearts and stem, you can get it HERE.

Oh, she makes me smile!  She's so sweet collecting Shamrocks in her apron.

If you would like to create a little something with this darling girl, you can download her HERE.

Love You More (x2) + Free Image

Oh, I just had a lovely visit with my daughter and her husband.  Always love to see them, but the time goes by so fast.  Do you ever just want to stop time?  I do love Lauren more than the sun shines - this sweet image reminds me of taking her to the park when she was little.  I've got it below for you to download if you want to create a little something with her, too.

Do you ever steal from yourself?  I really like this card so much with the cutie pie sun and clouds that I kind of felt like it needed to be done again.

Here's the second incarnation of this design.

This one makes me smile, too.    The little dog is from one of my favorite etsy stores:  Collective Creation.   I cut the sun and clouds with Cricut.

You can download the girl on a swing HERE.

Have a happy, full of sunshine, week!

Last Minute Monkeying Around!

My daughter and I were talking yesterday.  She told me that she and Paul have been together twelve years and that their first date was on February 13th - a Friday the 13th - to be exact.  I didn't realize that it's been 12 years!  They are the true high school sweethearts.

Valentines are always a big part of my show and store.  I always try to have valentines that work for boys.  It's kind of a fine line, isn't it?  I think this one would work for just about anyone.    This is the same set up as the daisy valentine I showed earlier.  The lollipop cover on this one is a scalloped circle with the envelope.

And, of course, it needs a bag of chocolate hearts!

The real star of this project is that adorable monkey postman.  He's a cutie, alright!

Would you like to download the monkey postman valentine?  You can download him HERE.

Have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Valentine Packaging and Cherub Image!

Wow!  Has my February been wonderfully busy!  And there's more to come this week.   The salon that I go to is having a big party on Thursday night and asked me to be a vendor.   I don't really know what to expect, but I think it will be fun!  I'm still working on all the previous valentine orders, have to get them all finished by Tuesday and trying to get Valentine items done for the Salon Party...whew!

I LOVE the this sweet fan shaped box.  I used SVG files from The Dreaming Tree.

I scaled it down a bit - I wanted to use 8.5x11 papers.  It still holds 7-8 chocolates.  It seems like everyone wanted one.  I've already made nine!

Aren't those little cherubs the sweetest?  You can download them HERE.

Have a wonderful week!
