How Do You Make A Skeleton Cute?

Give him a pointy hat and an orange heart, of course!  I made another crepe paper wreath.  You might remember I made a Christmas one.  I've been wanting one for Halloween and finally got around to it.

Just like the Christmas one, this is made on a mason jar ring.  I've got the video for the Christmas one below.  It's made exactly the same way.

One tip for this one:  the skeleton is a lot heavier than the deer and tree on the other.  So, I knew I would have to counter-balance it, so the wreath wouldn't hang lopsided.  The answer I came up with was hot gluing two pennies together and then hot gluing those to the ring on the opposite side from the skeleton.  Then I wrapped the ring with crepe paper.

Here's the video:

Crepe paper wreaths are really very easy to make and they look fantastic!

I've been having so much fun with Louisa!  Here she is just last week in her leopard print dress.  She's looking out the window of their AirB&B in Savannah.  They are in the process of moving into their house.  We spent all afternoon Friday in a fabulous Antique Warehouse finding furniture.  It was soooo hot!  But Louisa was an angel baby!

So glad you stopped by!

As for cuteness...such a little sweetie. I am a daycare provider and can appreciate how much fun she is to be around. Never a dull moment as those little ones are filled with excitement and a sense of wonder.
