I found this vintage image of cute cherries and just had to use them! October Afternoon had the perfect cherry paper to go with them with a little Cosmo Cricket, too!

A Couple of Cards to Share

Hi! Had a great time with Lauren this weekend. We went to the bookstore and antique shopping. I got a great green wire basket - have to figure out something great to do with it. I think this little girl makes a darling birthday card

The original card is a birthday card. I decided to just add a tag that says "You are such a deer" so that it can be used for whatever the heart desires. I just love the pretty girl and the cute fawn! The paper is from Webster's Pages.

For Miriam (Part 2)

I had never heard of a card cage until Kirby and Gail asked me to decorate one for Miriam's wedding. Here's what I came up with:>

For Miriam

Miriam is getting married the first of August and her daddy asked me to make a special card that he could write in and give to her before the actual wedding. They had dinner last week and her gave her the card. Isn't that sweet?

Her colors are pink and black. This is a Godey's Fashion Book image.
