Great Grandparents Marriage Certificate

I had a special request for a wedding card for Saturday.  She told me that both the bride and the groom work for the Oklahoma Historical Society, so...of course, vintage is perfect!  I looked through several images I've collected, but then I remembered my great grandparents marriage certificate from 1918.
It's tattered and the upper left corner is completely torn off.  I wasn't sure how it would scan, but I think it's so beautiful I just had to try!   The scan turned out quite lovely.
Put it on some pretty Graphics 45 paper with scrunched seam binding and a vintage button.  Here's wishing the happy couple great joy!

  4. Too bad marriage certificates aren't so pretty anymore! Ours looks like something to shove in a filing cabinet, not hang on the wall or turn into such a pretty card.
