Happy Birthday to Some Guys

I hardly ever just whip up a guy card unless I need one.  Or somebody asks for one.  That being said, I actually enjoy making them!  These were all special requests.

I really ended up liking the kraft chevron on the kraft card.

I see a theme emerging - lots of stars on these!

This banner is really for a BIRTHday - a brand new baby boy named Grayson.

His grandma wanted orange chevron and the some of the other colors from his mom's shower invitation.

They used it for the shower and then I understand it's hanging in Grayson's nursery.  Stars, again!

Hope you're having a wonderful week!  Come back on Sunday, June 24th, for Paper Issues bloghop:  Picnics and Patriots.

  1. Lori, love all of the stars. Great card designs. The kraft on kraft is an awesome idea...I'll tuck that one away! The banner you made is truly spectacular and deserves to be featured in the nursery. You are a wizard at combining patterns and colours :)

  2. How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful! Lori, as I am so far from you, I would like to make a comment in Brazil and put the photos on your blog so I wonder ... what do you think? I would love to see you honoring my country ... Ah! You said you love the winter and there is starting the summer and very hot ... what do you think we switched stations, you can take the winter for you and send me the summer? A great idea is not it? hahaha
A blessed week to you and your family.
    Hugs, my dear friend.

  6. How sweet - your banner hanging in a baby boy's bedroom. I love orange and blue together. I call the cards that you made - unisex cards. They would make great birthday cards for anyone especially children. Very nice work Lori!!

  8. Oh my dear friend, you are very sweet, I use Google translator for me to correspond with you and I think he does not translate exactly what I need to say, forgive me. I said I wish you would make an inspired work in Brazil and then put on your blog so I can see, because I love their work and would be happy to see my country being honored by you. Will I managed to explain? But if you want I put on my blog all your work, would be a pleasure for me. I have friends who are fond of scrapbooking, crafts and even I've talked to you for them. Lori Oh forgive me! I do not really know how to write in English, I can read and speak a little, but writing is still a little tricky. Anything you want to make between our blogs and if you want something here in Brazil, ask me, is an honor to send to you. I would love to send a gift to you. Send me your address to mimosdaclaralu@gmail.com.
A hug and many blessings, have a great weekend.
