Spider Trio for The Cutting Cafe

The other day when Dennis and I got home we couldn't believe the size of the spider on our back door.  HUGE daddy long legs!  Even though, it sort of (okay, I squealed like a little girl) freaked me out, I would not let Dennis kill it.  My philosphy is you stay away from me and I'll stay away from you.  I knew it would go on its way shortly.  And sure enough, in the time it took to get a drink (not because I had a sore throat from squealing, I assure you) it was gone.  Well, you don't have to worry about anything like that - Regina's spiders are cute!  They are from the Halloween Trio set, because everything comes sized in groups of three.  Very fun idea all for you at The Cutting Cafe.

The spiders made a darling Halloween tag - perfect to package up a Halloween treat.

The "eek" is from Halloween Mini Words and "Happy Halloween" is from Halloween This and That.  Regina will post Wednesday on The Cutting Cafe Blog all the Halloween inspiration and a giveaway, too!  Join me there!

  1. Such a cute tag Lori! Spiders don't scare me, but yesterday, the first time in 24 years (that's how long we have lived here), there was a little garden snake (12 inches) in our driveway! Freaked me out!!! It had red racing stripes. I might never garden again!

  2. I had just checked your blog like 2 seconds ago and didn't see anything new posted and just about to close out when I got the update...YIPPPEEE! Or should I say, EEEEK! Not a fan of spiders, not at all and my philosophy is the same as yours. "You go your way, I'll go mine and may we never meet in the middle!" BUT, how genuinely precious are these little spiders and I love the size variations. Couldn't believe they were all three on a tag! It's TERRIFIC!!!!
p.s...have you given any more thought to the VOSP coming up? I have one project done so far. Just seeing.
Hope you're having a great rest of the weekend.
    hugs,
    Lisa xx

  6. No matter what you come up with, every single piece you make is gorgeous Lori! Your Halloween tag is supercute, although I'm not a fan of spiders eithers (I don't mind picking them up though, if they're not too big!) but yours are so cute!
